A first look at Pressehaus Podium

Watch the fly-through for a peek inside our forthcoming Work Space in Berlin

There are a few things that make being in an office all the more enjoyable – access to excellent amenities, well-equipped work spaces, and of course, a good view. Perfect timing, then, for the opening of our new German location, Pressehaus Podium, which has street-to-sky vistas of East-Central Berlin.

Conveniently located just a five-minute stroll from the cultural hotspot of Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, Pressehaus Podium has been designed for you to thrive at work. Externally the steel-framed building boasts expansive glass windows that allow for uninterrupted vistas of the capital, while internally there's striking, light-filled work spaces artfully curated by our long-time collaborators, Universal Design Studio.

Upon entering, members are welcomed into a bright, spacious lobby that contains a café and various touch-down points where you can greet clients or have quick catch-ups. A sweeping staircase grants access to the building’s upper floors, where there’s a diverse array of work areas to suit you and your team members’ different day-to-day needs. There’s focus booths for high-concentration solo tasks, collaborative lounges for group brainstorming sessions, and several sophisticated meeting rooms ready to accommodate both virtual and in-person visitors.

We’ve made sure to incorporate plenty of wellness-focused features on site too, including a calming yoga room, fully equipped Peloton studio, and bike storage if you’re a fan of cycling into the office. If having a quiet moment with a coffee is more your thing, you can take time out on the building’s outdoor terrace. Then, when Feierabend rolls around, you can head up to our impressive sky lounge to unwind with a drink and watch the Berlin skyline come to life at night; during the day it equally serves as an impressive spot to take guests.

At 8,883 square-metres, Pressehaus Podium will be our largest German Work Space to date and our third in Berlin, joining Linden Palais and Kontorhaus. Watch the fly-through to get a glimpse of the building before it opens in winter 2022.
