This Work Space offers a variety of individually designed offices, meeting rooms, breakout spaces and plenty of peaceful phone and focus booths. The original flooring and stairs have been lovingly restored and the space features high ceilings, cornicing and steel columns.

Rich history

Famous for transforming the English landscape with the revolutionary Great Western Railway, renowned civil engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel designed Paddington Station in 1854, connecting London to Bristol, Exeter and Wales. 19 Eastbourne Terrace is located in an original part of the station, with a hidden entrance for those in the know, just off Platform 1.

Statement space

As a Grade I listed building, you’ll find statement features throughout 19 Eastbourne Terrace. Working with the architects at dMFK, we restored many of the original decorative features – including the mouldings, brick-vaulted ceilings, staircase, cornicing, arches and steel columns.
