just minutes from Regents Canal. In contrast to TOG’s space at 19 Eastbourne, this location is Scandi-style with floor-to-ceiling windows. We partnered with Stiff + Trevillion to refresh the space with flexible work environments, from quiet coworking to an incredible roof garden.

20 Eastbourne Terrace is just outside the Brunel-designed Paddington Station, with convenient transport links via rail and tube and close by to the popular Regents Canal redevelopment. This Work Space features safe and secure storage for up to 160 bikes for those who like to get about on two wheels.
