Brock House offers an escape the busy streets of central London and an opportunity to be inspired by the history of this incredible Work Space. Taking inspiration from the building’s colourful history, we transposed it into a spacious, modern workplace where projects come to life – featuring a rich colour palette and abundant natural light flooding all sides of this standalone building. 

Created with award-winning architects SODA, Brock House is inspired by its cinematic history, visible through the rich colour palette, luxe curtaining and reflective surfaces. Throughout history this building also played a role as a showroom for innovative automotive design as well as an orchestral rehearsal space - both reflected in its considered design details like the knurled finish on the metalwork throughout.  

Using our sustainability focused design ethos of breathing new life into existing structures, we’ve restored as many of the building’s original features as possible – including the original arched windows that give a sense of space and reference the original architecture of the building. Brock House also runs on 100% renewable energy and features solar panels on the roof.  

Brock House features one of our largest dedicated lounge spaces alongside a variety of productivity-led spaces including phone/zoom booths, meeting rooms and breakout spaces. Located on Great Portland Street means that both Oxford Street and Warren Street are within easy walking distance – facilitating easy and convenient connection and collaboration with teams.
