Working alongside Note Design Studio, TOG designed Douglas House with a single tenant in mind. The six-floor space has become a showcase of new workplace thinking, with a bold division of the ground floor through a dramatic curvilinear glass wall. The productive Work Space also comes complete with a Recharge Room, Oxygen Room
and numerous flexible collaboration zones.  

Designed with a focus on wellness, Douglas House has multiple areas for you to take time out of your day and reboot. The Recharge Room is an atmospheric space to get away from it all and meditate. While the Oxygen Room, filled with oxygenating plants to help filter CO2 means that even the weariest of workers can get a quick brain boost. Douglas House also has an onsite gym stocked with cardio, free-weight and resistance equipment. 

Expansive 1930s windows are complemented by a new architectural waved glass wall that allows light to penetrate throughout the ground floor, while the main offices are well ventilated and flooded with natural light.  

Alongside Note Design Studio, Douglas House interiors include pieces from artists such as Muller van Severen, Jochen Holz, Jenny Nordberg and James Shaw.  

The building’s Sedum Roof and solar panels are another nod to TOG’s sustainability ethos. A green haven in the middle of the city, it’s the perfect nature fix during a busy day, and the ideal spot to take your lunch or meeting al fresco.
