A calming retreat from the bustle of King’s Cross Station, East Side sits under the arches of this iconic Grade I listed Victorian building.

Distinctive by design

Designed by Lewis Cubitt in 1852, East Side, King’s Cross Station, played a fundamental part in our innovative project with Network Rail. We collaborated with the Architects at dMFK to create an interior that referenced the railway itself, with bold lighting mirroring train tracks and meeting booths subtly referencing carriages.

Rich history

The Grade I listed Victorian building is a London landmark and original details such as wooden flooring, sweeping staircases, ironworks and original fireplaces have been carefully restored in the contemporary interiors.

Sustainability

All waste produced at East Side is collected and sorted at a local plant in East London, minimising both landfill and waste transport, helping your company to meet green targets that are increasingly important for consumers.

Natural light

Running along one side of King’s Cross Station, East Side benefits from plentiful natural light with private offices and lounge areas both having direct access to the original station windows, including some of the distinctive vaulted Cubitt designs.
