Cuddle Club

Did someone say PUPPIES? Back by popular demand, Paws In Work are joining us once more to give us some quality time with a litter of four-legged friends. We’d have to be barking mad to turn down this opportunity - it’s the perfect cure for those end-of-summer blues. 

We’ll be releasing 30 minute pre-bookable slots at 10am on 2nd September, so set your alarms and book early to avoid disappointment.

Draw & pass art workshop

Using a variety of fun and quick artistic techniques from single-line drawing to pass-and-paint, this session by Tula’s Collective will challenge and improve your skills in collaboration, ideation and creative thinking. The workshop will be led by Fred, a resident artist and creative guru.

A strong body supports a strong mind. If movement is your meditation, then skills-based training can be hugely rewarding, and a practice of presence. We’re celebrating national fitness day with a Calisthenics class - a fresh approach to body-weight training, with fundamental exercises like press ups, pull ups, core drills and hand balances to work towards signature moves.
