Our renovation of One Canada Square opened up the floors to allow natural light into all areas. Designed with dMFK architects, we have created a visually striking, versatile Work Space over three floors, incorporating stand-out amenities and tech-enabled meeting rooms.

Solving the challenge of One Canada Square’s wide floorplate with ‘avenues’ that cut across the entire space on two axes to fill the space with natural light, this Work Space is well lit, meaning members here benefit from daylight throughout the space. The connecting staircase opens up our three floors, facilitating the flow of light and energy within the Work Space.

Running on 100% renewable energy, innovative sustainability elements run throughout One Canada Square and include flooring made from recycled tyre rubber and repurposing the coffee grounds for use as BBQ bricks.
