TOG Member's Christmas Party 2019 - FAQs


  • When and where is the party?

Thurs 12th December 2019, 6pm – 12am. The Stanley Building, Seven Pancras Square, 7 King’s Blvd, London, N1C 4AG. 


  • How do I get there?

The Stanley Building is a few minutes’ walk from both Kings Cross mainline and tube stations. The Victoria, Piccadilly, Northern, Hammersmith and City as well as the Metropolian Line all run through this area. 


  • What is the dress code?

Feel free to embrace the theme, whether you want to go dressed up or dressed down is completely up to you… but please do wear something!


  • How and when will I receive my ticket(s)?

You will receive a confirmation and ticket via Eventbrite. You MUST bring this with you on the night for entry. 


  • Will I be charged a booking fee?

No, not at all. Ticket prices are inclusive of VAT.


  • Can I pay for group tickets via my company account?

Yes. Any groups over 20 people can pay via their TOG account. Please include your TOG account number on our online form for speedy processing. You will also need to provide all individual names of attendees for the guest list. 



  • Is there on-site parking?

Not directly on-site, however there are pay and display car parks in the area. They will be subject to availability at the time so unfortunately we cannot guarantee that there will be parking available when you arrive.


  • Do I need to bring my ticket with me?

Yes. You can print out a copy or have it ready on your phone to scan when you arrive. Each individual will need a ticket. Please contact [email protected] for any queries regarding the guest list. 


  • Can I buy a ticket on the night?

Not for this one sadly, we’ll need to know ahead of time who will be joining us.


  • Do I need to bring ID?

This won’t be necessary - however it is important to note that the event is strictly over 18s as per our ticket terms and conditions. It is always good to have your TOG membership card on you too! 


  • Can I bring a friend?

The TOG Christmas party is reserved for our lovely members, anyone not on the final guest list won’t be able to join us this time. 


  • Can I bring my children or my dog?

Sadly not, so give the babysitter a call quick! We love our 4-legged friends, but as we won’t be able to ensure they’re happy and safe, it’s best they stay at home.


  • Will there be a cloakroom?

Yes! A free cloakroom will operate for the duration of the event. 


  • Will there be food and a bar?

Of course! Each ticketholder will receive a limited amount of tokens upon entry which can be exchanged for inclusive food and drinks. This is in addition to other complimentary refreshments. These tokens are intended for your personal use and are sadly not transferable on the night. If you are no longer able to attend, please contact the [email protected] before the 9th Dec refund enquiries. We sadly cannot process refunds on whole group bookings without 7 days notice. The bars will only be accepting card payments.



  • Who can I speak to regarding my disability needs?

The building team at The Stanley Building can help you directly – give them a call on 0203 8597711.


  • Will there be any pyros, strobes or lasers at the event?

There may be flashing lights and a few party cannons which create a loud bang. 


  • Will there be seating?

Yes! But we’ve made sure we’ll also have plenty of space for all of your dance moves.


  • Can I leave the event and come back in?

Yes, we’ll give you a wristband that will be checked for re-entry. 


  • Is there a smoking area?

Yes, it will be outside the front of the building and will be clearly marked.


  • Am I allowed to smoke my electronic cigarette?

Yes, we’ll ask you to do it in the designated smoking area outside, to avoid the vapor triggering any smoke detectors.
