What does it mean for a business to have an HQ today, following 18 months of almost universal remote working?

As companies across the globe return to the workplace, determining the shape and purpose of the office post-lockdown is no small task. At TOG, we’re firm believers in the future of flexible, hybrid working – and the office’s role as a central hub to facilitate collaboration, innovation, training and showcase a company’s culture.

With all this in mind, our forthcoming Work Space, 210 Euston Road, is TOG’s vision for the HQ of tomorrow. Set across eight floors, it’s an open plan, 68,813 sq ft building with a light-filled floorplate that is designed to be both adaptable and agile. TOG’s design team have shaped the space in close collaboration with award-winning architects Universal Design Studio, to create a work space that can evolve in line with our members’ changing needs over time; complete with flexible workplace settings and a variety of environments throughout.

There’s more to 210 Euston Road than future-proofed convenience, though. The Work Space is home to a wide range of amenities to enable members to reset and recharge, as well as work productively. From a fitness studio to 16 individual terraces, a sizeable open plan lounge, exhibition space and striking seventh floor bar, 210 Euston Road is designed to help businesses support their teams holistically – enabling staff to work in the way that suits them best.

The building also sits at he heart of London’s Knowledge Quarter, with some of the world’s most famous thinkers, educators and innovators nearby; including well known neighbours Google and the Wellcome Trust. Euston Station, Kings Cross and St Pancras are all just minutes away, making for a convenient office location both for employee commutes, as well as UK and international travel.

Opening in spring 2022, 210 Euston Road offers businesses an intelligently designed, adaptable and connected HQ, and a purpose-built space to grow.
